Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment.

Clients have the opportunity to reschedule once without incurring additional fees if rescheduling is done before 24 hours of the appointment.

No shows, cancellations, or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will result in an automatic charge of the remaining balance.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of service cancellations made by the business.

The business reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and changes will be reflected on this page.

The business is not responsible for any inconvenience or financial loss due to changes in the services offered or due to cancellations or rescheduling.
