Refund and Cancellation Policy

🔸Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment.

🔸Clients have the opportunity to reschedule once without incurring additional fees if rescheduling is done before 24 hours of the appointment.

🔸No shows, cancellations, or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will result in an automatic charge of the remaining balance.

🔸Refunds will only be issued in the event of service cancellations made by the business.

🔸The business reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and changes will be reflected on this page.

🔸The business is not responsible for any inconvenience or financial loss due to changes in the services offered or due to cancellations or rescheduling.
